Interested students can take admission in AIMSET for the session 2024-25, Students must complete the following procedure
Step 1: Candidate must be applied for AIMSET scholarship test for admission an institute or university.
Step 2: The All India Meritorious scholarship application form can apply through online mode via www.aimset.in.
Step 3: All the applicants, who are applying to the AIMSET 2024, have to take an online test. The successful applicants would be invited for a counselling round.
Step 4: AIMSET examination conducted through online mode. It is purely a merit-based examination. It is conducted on national level every year.
Step 5: It is after the counselling round that the candidates shall be provided application receipts. The selected applicants have to report to the institute/ university in person on the given date and time with the admission receipt with original documents required for further proceedings.

Important Details about the all India Meritorious Scholarship
- The aim is to honor one outstanding student from each school based on his or her all-round performance over the course term.
- The main objective of this scholarship is to provide an opportunity to test Aptitude Skills, General Knowledge, and problem-solving capabilities of the candidate.
- Since the scholarship is awarded every year on the basis of the marks obtained in the previous year’s examination, students need to re-apply.
- Must have passed plus 2 level examination in at least 50% marks with or in the relevant subject, English, Science.
- The main criteria to be followed for selection for interview will be originality and innovation.
- Candidates studying in the 12th final year of the degree are also eligible to apply provided they produce their final year certificate before the end of June.
- At the time of submitting the application, you should have applied for admission to the university or institute of your choice. Please attach a copy of the application and receipt, if any, from the University.
