Life Insurance Corporation LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship are organized specially for meritorious students. It wants to help the family of those students who are financially surrounded by the sentence due to which they are unable to do their further studies. Hopefully this scholarship With help of meritorious students for their studies and able to good opportunity in the future through studies. LIC Scholarship will be provided to both Government and Private University college students in India. In addition to this, it also covers the College for Vocational and Technical courses which are being done at graduation level. Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) or Industrial Training Centres affiliated with the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).
OBJECTIVE
The objective of the scheme is to award scholarship to meritorious students belonging to economically weaker families so as to provide them better opportunities for higher education and thus enhance their employability.
Scholarship Amount
- Rs 100000 per year.
Eligibility Criteria
For 12th class students
- Candidates must be resident of India.
- It is compulsory for candidates to get 60% marks in 12th standard.
- Family income should not exceed one lakh.
- The LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarships is provided to pursue higher education in the field of Medicine, Engineering, Graduation in any discipline, Diploma Course in any field or other equivalent courses, Vocational Courses through Government recognized Colleges /Institutes or courses in Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs).
For Class X students
- Candidates must be resident of India.
- It is compulsory for candidates to get 60% marks in 10th standard.
- Family income should not exceed one lakh.
- The scholarship is provided to pursue higher education in the field of Vocational Courses through Government recognized colleges/ institutions or courses in Industrial Training Institutes (ITI).
For Special Girl Child Scholar
- Candidates must be resident of India.
- It is compulsory for candidates to get 60% marks in 10th standard.
- Family income should not exceed one lakh.
- The grant is provided to girl students who are interested (and willing) to pursue higher education in 10 + 2 pattern.
Note: Only one student will receive the scholarship in Family. The Regular scholarship should strictly be provided only to students who are going for under-graduation (or its equivalent). This scholarship is not meant for post-graduation studies.
Benefits of LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship
- An amount of Rs. 20,000 / – will be awarded annually to the selected regular scholar and will be payable in three quarterly installments.
- 10,000 / annum will be awarded for selected special girl child studying in 10 + 2 course and scholarship will be payable in three quarterly installments.
Note:- LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship funds will be transferred to the bank account of the selected scholars through NEFT. Therefore, if a candidate is selected for the scholarship, a copy of the bank account statement and the canceled check with the IFSC code and the beneficiary’s name is mandatory.
Scholarship Online Apply
You have to apply through the LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship application form online, once you have submitted the application form, after that you cannot make any correction in it, at the time of applying the application, you have to mention the email id in which you will get all the updates from time to time. Candidates are being requested to mention your email ID and correct phone number so that in future you will get the notification and also if you have a bank account with correct IFSC code just mention it.

Yes. Printout of application can be taken at any stage. The finally locked application will have the “Barcode”, which is to be submitted at the Institute

What are the areas that are not editable at all?
Aadhaar and enrollment ID are not editable at any stage. They should be filled Very carefully.
