How to apply of Uttarakhand Scholarship?

Scholarships are offered by the Social Welfare Department of Government of Uttarakhand. To apply for the scholarship, students have to apply by going to the National scholarship portal (Click Here) which is organized by the Government of India. The students who are applying for the scholarship At the time of applying, kindly make sure to choose between post matric and pre matric.

Eligibility Criteria of Uttarakhand Scholarship

Eligibility	Criteria
Post Matric OBC Scholarship Uttarakhand	Students must be residents of India and must have Uttarakhand State Domicile. Students must be from the OBC category.  This scholarship will be given to students from 11th. The family income of the students should not exceed one lakh.
Post Matric SC Scholarship Uttarakhand	Students who have passed the 11th class for the scholarship are eligible for further studies. Students must be a resident of India in Uttarakhand State for the scholarship. Students whose family income will be less than 2.5 lakhs will be placed under the post-matric category.
Post Matric ST Scholarship Uttarakhand	To get the Uttarakhand Scholarship, it is mandatory for the students to belong to the ST category. Students whose family income will be less than 2.5 lakhs will be placed under the post-matric category. Students who have passed the 11th class for the scholarship are eligible for further studies
Pre- Matric OBC Scholarship Uttarakhand	Students must be residents of India and must have Uttarakhand State Domicile. Students must be from the OBC category.  This scholarship will be given to students from the 10th. The family income of the students should not exceed 44,500.
Pre Matric SC Scholarship Uttarakhand	Scholarships will be given to 1 to 10th students. Students must pass their last examination. The family income of the students is not more than two lakhs.
Pre Matric ST Scholarship Uttarakhand	The scholarship is eligible for students from 11 to post-graduation level. Students who have already taken scholarships will not be considered for this Uttarakhand Scholarship. Students’ family income should not go above 2.5 lakh.
Pre Matric Disability Scholarship Uttarakhand	Students who are considered eligible for a scholarship from class I to Xth. Students who are from other states are also considered eligible. Students must pass their last examination. The family income of the candidate should not exceed 24000 for a year.

Pre- Matric OBC Scholarship Uttarakhand	Students who are in third to the fifth class will be given 600 rupees during the scholarship year. Students who are studying in class VI to VIII are given ₹ 720 every year. Students who are in the 9th and 10th will be given Rs 1000 per year.

Term and Condition

• The application form will be accepted through the Eligibility Criteria. If you do not fit through the Eligibility Criteria, then your application form will be rejected.
• There will be no capitation fee for admission.
• For the renewal category, last year’s selection serial number and the amount is mandatory.
• If you are applying for another scholarship under the scholarship, your scholarship will be canceled.
• When you give a bank detail for the scholarship, the bank account should be in your name.
• The scholarship will not be given to more than one student from a family.
• A student will be eligible for only one scholarship out of all available Central Government Scholarships for SC / ST / OBC / Minorities.
• If a student has received a scholarship by false statement, his / her scholarship will be canceled.
