Many deserving and promising students cannot study due to a lack of money. The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh gives scholarships to the students for getting a better education. The Yogi government is running a scholarship scheme for students facing a financial crisis, and under this, money is given to the students. The UP government gives year scholarship to the below poverty line students. By taking advantage of this scheme, students can quickly get their education. Let us tell you that scholarship is given on 2 October and 26 January every year. UP’s Social Welfare Department, Minority Welfare Department, and Backward Classes Welfare Department distribute scholarships to about 57 lakh students every year. 

This year, on the occasion of the 71st foundation day of Uttar Pradesh, 1 lakh 43 thousand 929 scholarships were distributed by the Social Welfare Department. Also, UP CM Yogi Adityanath has launched ‘Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana’ to prepare for civil services, etc. Under this scheme, free coaching will be provided to poor students.

Take advantage of these scholarship schemes of UP Minority Welfare: Through Uttar Pradesh Scholarship, scholarship is given to the students coming under Minority. Students of Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Parsi, and Jain religions get this scholarship.

Backward Class Welfare: Students from backward classes are also given scholarships through Uttar Pradesh Scholarship. Students of the previous class can apply for this scheme. 

SC / ST: Under Uttar Pradesh Scholarship, SC-ST students also get scholarships. Students belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes can apply for this scheme. 

General: This scheme can also be taken advantage of by the general category students of UP. Scholarship can be obtained through this scheme by the students at the post-matric and pre-matric levels.
