Post Matric OBC Scholarship Manipur 2021-22: The Government of Manipur is very high for Post Matric OBC Scholarship. It helps the students who come from the Minority Community. Post Matric OBC Scholarship Manipur Highlight

This scholarship will receive the first students whose financial condition is not good.
Students who are doing a post-graduation course in medicine are eligible for this scholarship.
The scholarship is payable for 10 months in an academic year.
This scholarship will start from class XI.

Post Matric OBC Scholarship Manipur divided into two category

Both the fresher for this scholarship and those who are already availing the benefits of this scholarship will remain eligible up to Ph.D level. Approximately students must pass the tenth class to receive the scholarship.

OBC Scholarship:- OBC Students can avail of this Scholarship in two different category i.e. Pre-Matric and Post- Matric Scholarship.

Students whose family income will be less than 2.5 lakhs will be placed under the pre-matric category.
Those students whose family income will be finance under one and a half lakh, those students will be placed in the post-matric category.

SC Scholarship:- SC Students can avail of this Scholarship in two different category i.e. Pre-Matric and Post- Matric Scholarship.

Students whose family income will be less than 2.5 lakhs will be placed under the pre-matric category.
Students who have passed the matriculation and want to study for higher education, their family income should be equal to Rs 2.5 lakh and less than Rs 2.5 lakh, this can come in the post matriculation.

Economically Backward Classes Scholarship:- This scholarship is availed by Govt. School/College/University students belonging to General Category.

The income of students who have passed the matriculation and are applying for higher education should not exceed one lakh.

Eligibility Criteria of Post Matric OBC Scholarship Manipur

Students must be residents of India and must have Manipal State Domicile.
Students must be from the OBC category.
This scholarship will be given to students from 11th to Ph.D. level.
The family income of the students should not exceed one lakh.
Income certificate:- Economically backward classes family should not include more than one lakh for a year.
The OBC category has two parts, the family income of the pre-matriculation category should not be more than 2.5 lakhs and the income for the post matriculation students should not be more than 1.5 lakhs.

All students are being requested to carry with them certain details such as Bank Passbook, Aadhaar Card Number, Income Certificate, Mobile Number, Mail ID, Category Certificate, Disability Certificate, Date of Birth, before applying on the official website. After filling all the details, the student has to select the post-matric option or Pre-matric option.

What instructions should students follow at the time of filling the bank details?

The bank account should be in the name of the student only.
Enter your bank branch exactly.
Enter your complete bank account number without any mistake.
If your KYC has not been done, get KYC done because your money transfer will be done for the scholarship.
The bank account should be active.
Bank Account must be preferably in any Nationalized Bank with a core banking facility.

Term and condition

Students who want to change their course will have to apply such pressure for the Post Matric OBC Scholarship Manipur again.
If you want to change that too within the renewal category, then your application form will be canceled.
Every first year of a course (no matter he/she got the scholarship in the previous year) should apply for the scholarship as “FRESH”.
For Hosteller students, the Hostel certificate should be counter signed by the Head of Institute. If not, the application will be rejected.
When you give a bank detail for the scholarship, the bank account should be in your name.
If you get a Post Matric OBC Scholarship Manipur by making a wrong commitment, then your scholarship will be canceled further.
If you are applying for one other scholarship under scholarship, then your scholarship will be canceled.
Students having a study break of more than 3 (three) year will not be eligible for this Scholarship under any circumstances.
Students who have completed their professional courses are also eligible for this scholarship.

Ans- If one of the statuses is rejected, then check the reject reason. If not satisfied with the rejection reason then you can complain to the Head of the Institute or Scheme Officer, Directorate for Welfare of OBC&SC, Manipur.

Q- Steps to verify online scholarship application of students on Online Scholarship Management System (OSMS) by the Institute?

Ans- Go to Official Website: www.manipurobcsc.gov.in and click on “Online Scholarship Management System”. Click on the “Login Now” button and enter the User Credentials that are received at registered mobile. After login, a list of students who had registered their scholarship on OSMS portal will be visible on “Pending Button”.

Please check & verify the student’s details along with uploaded Documents. If found correct then click the “Approved” button, otherwise, click the “Defect” button and give an appropriate reason with the timeline to rectified themselves or click the “Reject” button with reason to reject the students.

Note: Online application of defected students must be reverified by the institute on completion of rectification by the students.
