What is the National level scholarship Exam

The NICE (National Institute of Certified Education) conducts the National Scholarship Exam (NSE). It is a registered society under the Society Registration Act 1860. The NICE is an ISO certified institute. This financial support will help them to continue their studies for their bright careers and no financial crisis will become a barrier to their school education.

Basically, the main aim of this scholarship exam will choose the young talented students for their hidden abilities including their reasoning, grasping ability and decision-making abilities, etc. such points were considered while setting the exam for the scholarship exam and after qualifying it a creamy layer of young talents were extracted out. 1^st rank student will receive a scholarship amount of 9000/-annually.

2^nd rank student will receive a scholarship amount of 8000/-annually.

3^rd rank student will receive a scholarship amount of 7000/-annually.

4^th rank student will receive a scholarship amount of 6000/-annually.

5^th rank student will receive a scholarship amount of 5000/-annually.

• At Class 6^th –

1^st rank student will receive a scholarship amount of 10000/-annually.

2^nd rank student will receive a scholarship amount of 9000/-annually.

3^rd rank student will receive a scholarship amount of 8000/-annually.

• The students get ranks from 6^th to 100^th will receive a fixed reward as a good performance award.
• If maximum participation for the students is from a single school then the official authorities of the school will receive a reward of INR 10,000 and a certification with the trophy of ‘ Innovative School and the Best School Trophy’.
• The principal of the school selected will get a reward of INR 3000 with certification and trophy.

Eligibility criteria for National level scholarship exam

• To get the scholarship the students must crosscheck the official notification.
• The students must be studying in 5^th to 12^th standard from a well-recognized state board or central board.
• The students must have report cards of the previous class passed.
• The students of diploma and degree courses from a well-recognized college or university are also eligible to apply.

How to apply online for the National level scholarship exam

The eligible applicants can apply on the official website of NSE; to apply the candidates need to follow the following steps.

• Firstly visit the official website and clicks on the option ‘new to register’. (www.niceedu.org/nse)
• Now select the option for which class you are applying.
• Now fill your personal details, communication details, and other formalities.
• Now a login id and password will come on your registered mail id or mobile number.
• Now you need to pay the registration fee via online mode (via debit card/credit card/ IMPS/ NEFT/ Pay TM/ Pay U Money) any many other e-banking options.
• Now submit the form and keeps the computer generated registration form for future use.

How to apply offline for the National level scholarship exam

The candidates of remote areas or unaware about the online technologies can also apply via the offline mode of the registration process.

• Firstly download the registration form from the official website and takes out the print out of the form.
• Now fill the required details carefully and affix the self-attested passport size photograph on the form.
• The registration fee to be paid will be 400/- INR or payable via SBI e-challan or via DD payable at Nasik in favor of ‘NICE foundation’.
• Now keep all the docs with filled form and DD in an envelope and courier to the address mentioned below.

Examination Scheme for National level scholarship exam

Few important details about the upcoming examination for the National level scholarship scheme.

• The exam will be conducted online by the official authorities of NSE.
• The exam will be based on choosing the right option pattern or a tick-mark pattern.
• Total 100 questions need to be attempted by the applicant in which 25 questions of Mathematics & General Science, General Knowledge, Reasoning and Analytical and Comprehension each will be in the exam.
• 100 questions with 100 marks and time to complete the exam will be 90 minutes.
• No negative marking so you can attempt all.

Tentative dates for National level scholarship exam

• Registration for the National level scholarship exam will start from April 2021.
• The due date to apply for the National level scholarship exam will be in the last week of September 2021.
