Milaap is the right address for you. Our Fellowship Program provides young professionals with an opportunity to serve as eyes and ears of the community on the ground, working directly with our field partners and our borrowers. Milap announced the Fellowship Program 2021 for a six-month program for undergraduates and young professionals to transform, experience and contribute to society. Our chosen fellows will join us at Milap headquarters in Bangalore, to participate in a training program to mark the beginning of their journey to bring out inspiring stories. Applications are available until July 2021. Milaap fellowship program is offering a full-time position to enhance our impact and provide fellows with a unique inside experience. The fellowship program offers young professionals the opportunity to work on the ground with rural communities, field partners.
Eligibility Criteria of Milaap Fellowship Program
The Milaap Fellowship Program provides graduates/young professionals with the platform to make an impact. It gives you six months to live, experience and contribute to an important cause while documenting inspiring stories of change.
- Communication skills in impeccable written and oral English.
- Milaap Fellows must be highly skilled in written and spoken English. Being fluent in OR is one of the following regional languages – Hindi, Gujarati, Bengali, Odia, Tamil, Kannada, Assamese, Mizo.
- Applicants should be highly motivated and have at least one big difference-cultural exposure with graduate degrees.
- Minimum 4-6 -month commitment
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Candidates should preferably be a graduate or postgraduate. Graduate students or fresh graduates can also apply.
- High level of flexibility and adaptability to new environments.
- Candidates are preferred over writing compelling content and experiences in the area of microfinance.

All students are being requested to carry with them certain details such as Bank Passbook, Aadhaar Card Number, Income Certificate, Mobile Number, Mail ID, Category Certificate, Disability Certificate, Date of Birth, before applying for this Milaap-fellowship-program.
After filling all the details, the student has to select the post-matric option and the Sector Central Scheme of Scholarships for College and University Students.

Yes. Once the candidate will be given a Milaap Fellowship Program application ID. The application is submitted online. It will be given to candidates via SMS. Students will need it when applying for renewal in the years remember your ID since. Receiving ID is not guaranteed prizes own scholarships.
