Jagadis Bose National Science Talent Search (JBNSTS) Junior Scholarship is a prestigious scholarship scheme initiated by the Government of West Bengal to encourage young students to pursue science as a career. JBNSTS Junior Scholarship is for the students who have passed the Class 10th. The scholarship has been going on since 1960, this is just how it is to help students studying for graduation and master’s degree. Scholarships will help you until you finish your course. Jagdish Bose National Science Talent Search Junior Scholarship Program is available by Science Stream for 10th and 11th students and it is available only in West Bengal.

JBNSTS Scholarship 2024-25
JBNSTS Scholarship 2024 last date will be 20 October 2024, and the scholarship exam will be conducted on 30 October 2024. JBNSTS is also known as Jagadish Bose National Science Talent Search, The main aim of the scholarship is to provide financial assistance and educational help for the students who can’t continue their education because of financial criteria. Through the JBNSTS Scholarship students INR 1000 per month for their education for two years. Section procedure is done through a written entrance exam.
The selection process for the Jagadish Chandra Bose scholarship Junior Scholarship is a rigorous one, with multiple rounds of written tests and interviews. The first round is a written test that assesses the students’ aptitude and scientific knowledge. The students who qualify for the first round are then called for the second round, which consists of an interview with a panel of experts. Result of JBNSTS Senior Talent Search Test 2024
Candidates are selected based on their overall performance in the online written test (held on 21st November 2024) and interview cum scientific creativity test. Students have been selected provisionally considering the current pandemic situation and delayed admission in undergraduate studies. The selected candidate shall be liable to submit their proof of admission in the UG level study (AY 2024 – 2024) in West Bengal as soon as possible.
