Galgotias University Entrance Exam (GUEE) Scholarships. Scholarships to meritorious candidates on the basis of performance in the GUEE . This scholarship is awarded to those students who pass the higher numbers in their 12th standard. The only purpose of the scholarship is to encourage those students whose families want to study, even if they cannot afford the cost of their studies. This facility will also be extended to the students who have passed with a very good top number in sport and in performing arts and literature.

This Galgotias Scholarship is awarded to you for 1 year and it is given to you only after your final result declaration. To pass the scholarship, all students have to pass their exam topper number and must pass with reputed University Colleges Institute.

Sports Quota Galgotias Scholarship
Galgotias University offers scholarships to the students through sports quota in which there are two types: Direct Admission Without Sports Trial Admission with Sports Trial.
Eligibility Criteria for Galgotias Scholarship
- There is no age limit for scholarships for students.
- A student must be a resident of India.
- The scholar must achieve great academic results in qualifying examinations viz 10+2 or Graduation, Rank/Score.
- All India/State Level Entrance/ Aptitude Test and candidates possessing exemplary skills in sports, performing arts or literary skills.
Procedure for Grant of Scholarship
The Merit scholarship will be granted for the subsequent year of study and will be adjusted in the next instalment of fees to be paid.
Discontinuation of Merit Scholarship
The scholarship shall be discontinued at any time during a programme, with effect from the date as approved by the Vice-Chancellor, under the following conditions:
The student has been determined to have engaged in unfair examination practises or has been prevented from taking the tests for any justifiable cause.
If the Department Head reports that a student has been charged with misconduct, misbehaviour, gross indiscipline, ragging, or the use of drugs or narcotics, and the accusations have been proven,.
