The registration for the AICTE PG Scholarship Scheme 2023-24 is set to close soon. Interested candidates can submit their applications on the official website, pgscholarship.aicte-india.org. AICTE will provide a monthly scholarship of Rs 12,400 to students who have qualified GATE and CEED and are pursuing their studies in AICTE-approved institutions. The primary goal of the AICTE PG scholarship 2023 is to contribute to the advancement of technical education in India. Eligibility requires candidates to have qualifying marks along with a valid GATE/CEED scorecard. Upon uploading their information on the AICTE web portal, students must undergo data verification and approval by their respective institutes to confirm eligibility for scholarship receipt. The deadline for this verification and approval process is December 15, 2023. Additionally, applicants are required to provide their Aadhar card number to apply for the PG scholarship; applications lacking this information will not be accepted, as per AICTE regulations. The scholarship will be awarded for either 24 months or the duration of the program. Students in the final year of dual degree integrated programs can also apply for the PG Scholarship from the ninth semester onwards, limited to one year in the final year.
The All India Council for Technical Education has extended the last date for postgraduate scholarship applications. The revised last date for AICTE Scholarship 2023 application is March 2023.Those interested in applying for the PG Scholarship Scheme can do so online at the official website. Those who have passed the GATE, GPAT, and CEED exams and have been accepted into AICTE-approved postgraduate programmes can apply online at the official website.
The last date for institution student verification, including re-submitted wrong applications on the AICTE portal, is Mar 2023. Online proposals are invited from AICTE approved institutions/ students studying in AICTE approved institutions/ courses for the 2023 academic year for PG scholarship disbursement through DBT mode.
Eligibility Criteria for ACTE PG Scholarship 2023
- Candidates must have a valid GATE, GPAT, or CEED score and be admitted as full-time students to be eligible for the AICTE 2023 PG Scholarship.
- Master of Engineering, Master of Technology, Master of Architecture, Master of Pharmacy, and Master of Design students must be AICTE approved.
- The scholarship recipients will receive INR 2400 per month for 24 months or the course duration.
